All customers must return their order within 14 working days of the delivery date.

Your order must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns on phone cases, saddlecloths and caps.

Your order must also be in the original packaging and still have our label attached. 

Once your order has been returned, your exchange depending on if we have your item in stock will be sent out to the same delivery address from the original order.

If your exchanged item we do not have in stock other opitions will be a refund or if we restock the item you will then be able to have an exchanged at a later date.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification that your refund has been processed. Credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days to process your full refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and will be responsible for items that are lost in transit on your returning order for exchanges and returns. 


Occasionally manufacturing faults do happen. In the unfortunate event you consider your purchase to be faulty please contact us via email immediately to along with a description and photograph of the fault so we can investigate. Items damaged due to excessive or long term use, general wear and tear or not washed according to the provided wash care instructions are not considered to be faulty. Your item must be deemed faulty within 90 days of purchase at the the discretion of Equielle Equestrian.

We will only cover Standard postage if the item is deemed faulty or damaged. We only offer a refund for the faulty item purchased and not the original delivery cost when first purchased the item. We do not refund items that are damaged due to in correct sizing.


Please bare in mind when your item is inspected on return if your item is deemed down to wear and tear rather then a fault you may not be refunded in full.
